摘要
分析了YG - 35/3.82 -M1型锅炉热效率低、飞灰可燃物含量高、烟尘排放浓度高的原因 ,提出了锅炉前墙加前拱折焰角 ,飞灰复燃装置和合理设计空气二次风的技术改造措施。改造后锅炉热效率达 83 567% ,提高了 6 90 2 %。燃烧效率达95 716% ,烟尘排放浓度由改造前的 174 3~ 2 0 81mg/Nm3降低到 317 2~ 4 0 1.7mg/Nm3,烟气黑度达到林格曼 1级以下 ,锅炉可以安全稳定经济清洁运行。
Analyses the causes for such problems as low thermal efficiency, high inflammable contents in flying ash and high dust contents in smoke with YG-35/3.82-M 1 boiler, and proposes such countermeasures as addition of a flame deflection angle to forward arch of front wall, recombustion of flying ash, and rationale design of secondary air flow, which eventually improve the thermal efficiency of boiler by 6.902% to 83.567%, achieve a combustion efficiency of 95.716%, reduce the dust content in smoke from 1 743~2 081 mg/m 3 to 317.2~ 401.7 mg/m 3 and keep smoke darkness under Lingman class I so that the operation of the boiler is safe, stable, economic and clean.
