摘要
实际应用表明,通过调节侧二次风风门开度,可有效地改变一次风射流刚性,防止煤粉气流冲刷水冷壁,解决水冷壁高温腐蚀。试验表明该燃烧器同时具有高效、低负荷稳燃、防结渣等性能,为水平浓淡风煤粉燃烧器成功地在双炉膛锅炉上的应用作了有益探索。
The application of horizontal bias combustion pulverized coal burners with side secondary air (HBC-SSA) in No.7 boiler (300 Ma, double furnace) shows that, through adjusting the opening of side secondary air damper, the rigidity of primary air jet can be efficiently varied, the impinging of primary air with pulverized coal on water-cooled wall can be avoided and high temperature corrosion of water-cooled wall can thus be prevented. The experiment indicates that the HBC-SSA burner has the proprieties of high combustion efficiency, burning steadily at low load, resistance to slagging and so on. This paper makes a useful exploration for application of HBC-SSA burner in double-furnace boiler.
