摘要
运用稳燃腔燃烧器、煤粉浓缩技术、分级燃烧技术,对 420t/h无烟煤锅炉进行了成功改造,在40%额定电负荷下可无油稳定燃烧,水平烟道两侧烟温偏差可控制在20℃以内,并提高了锅炉效率和发电机组的经济运行水平。
One 420 t/h corner anthracite-fired boiler of Jiaozuo Power Plant was successfully retrofitted by using stabilized combustion cavity burners, pulverized coal enrichment technology and staged combustion technology. After retrofit, the boiler could be steadily operated without oilfiring aid at 40% of rated capacity, the flue gas temperature deviation between two sides of horizontal gas duct could be controlled within 20℃, and the boiler's efficiency and economic operation level Of generation unit were improved.
