介绍世界电力工业改革的趋势，从基本要求、规划原则和资金筹措等方面分析传统体制下和厂网分开后的电 网规划。提出厂网分开后电网规划项目的３种形式，阐述经济评价的主要内容，讨论输电服务价格的确定和应向其 他市场参与者传达的息息。

Grid planning before and after the separation of generation and transmission are analyzed in such aspects as basic requirements, planning principles and capital collection. Three types of project after the separation are described. The main contents of economic evaluation in the planning process are also given. Meanwhile, this paper presents the significance of determining transmission price in the future grids and the information conveyed to other participants through the price.
