摘要 从磨损的机理入手 ,分析了电站引风机磨损的诸多因素。在这诸多因素中 ,着重介绍了影响较大的尘粒冲蚀入射角及尘粒浓度对风机叶轮磨损的影响。特别提出了尘粒浓度分布不均匀造成局部磨损加重的问题。通过分析锯齿形中盘风机叶轮应用情况 。 According to principium of wear,wear reason of the induced draft fan (ID fan)and the factors that affect wear were analysed.Function of the dust's attack angle and dust concentration to affect wear of the ID fan disc was discussed especially.Then,against-wear technique of the disc was suggested,and a new kind of the ID fan structure was developed.They were effective for the against-wear of the disc obviously.
