摘要
目的观察红外热成像技术对热敏灸治疗周围性面瘫的指导作用。方法将150例周围性面瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组75例。所有患者均进行面部红外热成像检测,治疗组采用针刺配合热敏灸治疗,对照组采用单纯针刺治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果两组面部红外热图表现为患侧低温和面部红外热图表现为两侧温度无明显差异的患者治愈率比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两者面部红外热图表现为患侧高温的患者治愈率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论红外热成像检查可以指导热敏灸治疗周围性面瘫,为热敏灸治疗寻找"热敏点"提供客观依据。
Objective To investigate the monitoring effect of infrared thermal imaging technology on heat sensitive point moxibustion treatment for peripheral facial paralysis. Methods One hundred and fifty patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 75 cases each. All the patients underwent face infrared thermography. The treatment group received acupuncture plus heat sensitive point moxibustion and the control group, acupuncture alone. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results Face infrared thermography showed a lower temperature on the affected side. There was a statistically significant difference in the cure rate between the two groups of patients with no difference between bilateral temperatures on face infrared thermal images (P〈0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the cure rate between the two groups of patients with a higher temperatures on the affected side on face infrared thermal images (P〉0.05). Conclusion Infrared thermography can monitor heat sensitive point moxibustion treatment for peripheral facial paralysis and provide an objective basis for the location of heat sensitive points during the treatment.
