针刺治疗外阴白斑疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture in Treating Vulval Leukoplakia

目的观察体针加局部针刺治疗外阴白斑的临床疗效。方法将40例外阴白斑患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。治疗组采用体针加局部针刺治疗,对照组采用体针配合中药熏洗,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为60.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体针加局部针刺是一种治疗外阴白斑的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of body acupuncture plus local needling in treating vulval leukoplakia. Methods Forty patients with vulval leukoplakia were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 20 cases each. The treatment group received body acupuncture plus local needling and the control group, body acupuncture plus Chinese medicine fumigation-washing. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficacy rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 60.0% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bodv acununcture nlus local needling is an effective wav to treat vulval leukonlakia.
