摘要
目的观察针刺配合面部走罐治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法将100例痤疮患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用针刺配合面部走罐治疗,对照组采用口服药物治疗。治疗3个疗程后比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.0%,对照组为72.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合面部走罐是一种治疗痤疮的有效方法。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture with moving cupping on face in treating acne. Method A hundred patients with acne were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 50 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture plus facial moving cupping, and the control group was by medication. The clinical effects were compared after 3 treatment courses between the two groups. Result The total effective rate was 96.0% in the treatment group versus 72.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrated use of acupuncture and facial moving cupping is an effective approach in treating ache.
