针灸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的实验及临床研究进展

Experimental and Clinical Research Progress of Acupuncture-moxibustion in Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的根据针灸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的实验与临床研究概况,总结针灸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的规律,指导萎缩性胃炎治疗。方法通过计算机检索,以慢性萎缩性胃炎、针刺、灸法、穴位、埋线为检索词,搜集近15年来针灸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床、实验研究文献,并进行整理、分析。结果与结论针灸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎方法有许多种,其中包括单纯针刺治疗、艾灸疗法、针药并用、穴位注射、电针、穴位敷贴等,均在临床取得良好疗效。针灸疗法是治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的有效方法,值得进行大样本、多中心的随机研究。

Objective To summarize the rules of acupuncture-moxibustion in treating chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG） and to guide the treatment of CAG based on the experimental and clinical research status. Method By computer retrieval and with CAC acupuncture, moxibustion, acupoint, and thread-embedding as key terms, experimental and clinical research literatures of acupuncture-moxibustion in treating CAG in the recent 15 years were collected for further organization and analysis. Result and Conclusion There were various acupuncture-moxibustion methods in treating CAG including exclusive acupuncture, moxibustion, integrated acupuncture and medication, acupoint injection, electroacupuncture, and acupoint application, etc., all achieving content therapeutic effects in clinic. Acupuncture-moxibustion is effective in treating CAG and is worth conducting multi-centered large-sampled randomized study.
