摘要 粒子注入系统是粒子冲击钻井的核心组成部分,其设计的好坏关系着粒子注入的稳定性与均匀性,直接影响冲击破岩效果。粒子注入系统经过2代发展,其注入效果得到了很大提高,注入系统的使用寿命得到了延长。目前该系统的主要问题是成本过高,难以在钻井行业广泛应用。鉴于此,提出了双柱塞式粒子冲击钻井注入系统的概念,分析了注入系统的原理、特点、组成及工作流程,对注入管的强度、尺寸及可靠性进行了设计和分析校核;提出了粒子注入系统顺序阀的概念,并对其结构和工作流程进行了分析,对其密封结构进行了初步设计。 The particle injection system is the key component part of particle impact drilling. Its design relates to the stability and evenness of particle injection, directly influencing the effect of impact rock-breaking. The injection effect has been improved remarkably through two generations of development of particle injection system and the service life of the system has been lengthened. Currently the main problems with the system include high cost and difficulty of its extensive spread in drilling industry. Therefore, the concept of the double plunger particle injection system was formulated. The principle, feature, composition and operating procedure of the system were ana- lyzed. The strength, dimensions and reliability of injection tube were designed, analyzed and verified. The concept of the sequence valve of the particle injection system was formulated, analyzing its structure and operating proce- dure. The initial design of its sealing structure was conducted.
