摘要
将北京石油机械厂顶驱的主轴旋转定位技术与MWP随钻测量仪相结合,设计并实现了基于顶部驱动钻井和井下动力钻具组合的顶驱滑动钻井导向控制系统。该系统由顶部驱动钻井装置、人机交互界面、井下动力钻具以及MWD随钻测量工具等4部分组成,将顶驱和井下动力钻具相结合,实现对旋转钻柱包括转速、转向、角度在内的完全控制,并可根据井下实时反馈的井眼轨迹信息,实现滑动钻井之前工具面的设置以及滑动钻进过程中工具面的实时监控和动态调整。内蒙SNO116-19H定向井项目的实际应用结果表明,该技术能够显著提升定向井钻进作业的整体时效和井眼质量,同时也为导向钻井的闭环控制和自动化控制奠定了基础。
Combining the spindle rotation and positioning technology of Beishi top drive drilling system with measurement-while-drilling (MWD) instrument, this paper presents the design of the top drive steering control system for slide drilling based on top drive drilling and downhole power drill tool assembly. The system consists of top drive drilling device, man-machine interface, downhole power drill tool and MWD tool. Top drive and downhole power drill tool are combined in order to achieve the complete control of rotating drill string including rotation speed, steering and angle. The setting of tool face and the real-time monitoring and dynamic adjustment of tool face in the process of slide drilling can be achieved according to the downhole feedback information of hole trajectory. The practical application in the SNO116 - 19H directional well project in Inner Mongolia shows that the technology can remarkably improve the time efficiency and hole quality of directional drilling operation. Meanwhile, it has laid the foundation for the closed-loop control and automatic control of steering drilling.
