摘要 介绍了基于复合材料桥塞的水平井套管完井分段压裂工艺管柱结构、工艺过程和关键技术。阐述了该工艺管柱中关键部件——复合材料桥塞和电缆坐封工具的结构、工作原理及性能特点。现场应用情况表明,复合材料桥塞可正常坐封丢手,射孔发射率100%,平均每个复合材料桥塞钻铣时间为30 min,达到国外标准;水平井套管分段压裂管柱结构合理,工艺优良,性能可靠,能够满足页岩气水平井射孔压裂联作的分段完井要求。建议进一步优化钻铣复合材料桥塞工艺和工具,扩充桥塞尺寸规格,使其形成系列化,以满足油田不同规格套管的需求。 The structure of the staged fracturing technology string for cased-completion horizontal well with composite material bridge plug was introduced. The structure, operating principle and performance features of the key parts of the string, namely the composite material bridge plug and cable setting tool, were also introduced. The string can be safely run into the hole, and its multi-level initiation device works reliably and the plug is drillable and millable. The field application shows that the string is reasonable in configuration, feasible in structure and reliable in performance. It takes 30 minutes to finish drilling and milling a bridge plug on average. The technology of the string is desirable and it can satisfy the requirement of staged completion of shale gas horizontal wells by perforation and fracture co-operation. It is suggested that a further optimization of the technology and tool of drilling and milling composite bridge plug should be conducted. The dimensions and specification of the plug should be enlarged and it should be serialized in order to satisfy the requirement of different casing specifications in oilfields.
