摘要 冀东油田早期多采用常规复合绕丝筛管完井方式对水平井进行开发,该完井方式单一,没有采取有效的水平井分段措施,笼统采油,最终导致水平井段过早水淹或报废。为此,研究了水平井控水完井管柱。该完井管柱采用调流控水筛管进行油层防砂,先期控水,保证各段出水均匀,能够延缓底水的锥进,延长水平井的采油寿命;利用遇油自膨胀封隔器对水平井段进行有效分隔,完井工艺简单,方便后期的分段作业;套管阀有效解决了防砂管与裸眼井壁间环空的洗井问题,保证了油层的解堵和顺利生产。冀东油田2口井的应用情况表明,用调流控水筛管防砂完井的井产油量明显高于用复合绕丝筛管完井的井,起到了很好的控水作用。 The conventional compound wire wrapped screen completion mode was wells in Jidong Oilfield at early stages. Owing to no effective measures being adopted wells, too early flooding of horizontal sections occurred and the well was abandoned. adopted to develop horizontal for segmentation of horizontal Therefore, the water control completion string for horizontal wells was studied. The string adopts the flow-regulating water control screen to conduct sand control in oil layers as well as earlier water control in order to ensure even water production in intervals, slow down basal water coning and lengthen the oil production life of horizontal wells. The oil self-swelling packer was used to conduct an effective separation of horizontal sections. The completion technology is simple and it is convenient for later-stage segmentation. The casing valve effectively solves the problem of well flushing in the annulus between sand control pipe and open hole wall, ensuring the plugging removal of oil layers and smooth production. The application of two weUs in Jidong Oilfield shows that the new completion string has good performance and a desirable water control has been achieved.
