农村居民器官捐赠知识态度及意愿调查

Knowledge,attitude and willingness of organ donation among rural residents in Southwest of Hunan province

目的了解湖南省西南地区农村居民器官捐赠知识、态度及意愿现状,为在农村开展器官捐赠的宣传教育提供参考依据。方法采用分层整群抽样法抽取湖南省西南地区某市4个乡镇8个村的988名农村居民进行问卷调查。结果农村居民器官捐赠知识、态度及意愿平均分分别为(5.20±1.33)、(3.28±0.71)和(1.86±0.76)分;认同器官捐赠价值、阻碍器官捐赠原因和不认同器官捐赠价值3个维度的平均分分别为(4.08±0.72)、(3.25±0.70)和(2.16±0.75)分;75.40%(745/988)的农村居民获取器官捐赠知识的主要途径是通过电视;不同年龄、文化程度的农村居民器官捐赠知识和态度得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论农村居民器官捐赠知识水平总体得分较低,应重视对农村居民器官捐赠相关知识进行宣传教育,提高其器官捐赠知识水平和态度。

Objective To study knowledge, attitude and willingness of organ donation among rural residents, and to provide experimental basis for organ donation education in the countryside. Methods A total of 988 rural residents selected with stratified random sampling were asked to answer a questionnaire. Results The average score of knowledge, attitude and willingness of organ donation among the rural residents were 5.20 ± 1.33,3.28 ±0. 71 ,and 1.86 ±0. 76 ,re- spectively. The average scores for identifying with the value of organ donation ,the cause of blocking organ donation, and not identifying with the value of organ donation were 4. 08 ±0. 72,3.25± 0. 70, and 2. 16 ±0. 75, respectively. The pro- portion of the rural residents who stated they learned the knowledge of organ donation from television was 75.40%. There were statistically significant differences for the scores of knowledge and attitude of organ donation among the rural residents of different age and with different educational level. Conclusion The rural residents＇ score of knowledge of or- gan donation was low and we should pay attention for health education on organ donation among the rural residents and improve their knowledge and attitude of organ donation.
