摘要
知识转移已经成为转型组织面临的一个关键问题,有些组织的知识投入并未实现预期的价值创造。文章将组织视为开放、以知识为基础的解释系统,开发了关于转型组织知识转移的理论模型。通过强调组织的知识本质并剖析知识要求、吸收能力和知识投入,对这些问题提供了一个更全面的解释。
Knowledge transfer has become a key problem faced by the transformed organization. The knowledge investment in some organizations has not realized the anticipated value creation. Taking the organization as the open interpretation system based on knowledge, this paper develops a theoretical model for knowledge transfer of the transformed organization. By emphasizing the knowledge nature of the organization and anatomizing knowledge requirement, absorptive capability and knowledge investment, the paper provides a more comprehensive interpretation of these problems.
