摘要
以专利为载体,从技术进化过程中优胜劣汰的客观规律出发,提出了知识适应指数的概念。通过量化早期专利对当前专利的贡献度来评价知识的适应能力。从美国专利数据库中采集了5 073项1975—1999年授权的数据挖掘领域的相关专利,分析专利的年度分布情况。从专利数据集中查询得到专利引证关系,构建专利引证网络。通过知识适应指数实验,对知识适应能力评价方法的可行性和有效性进行了验证,并对下一步的研究工作进行了展望。
Taking patent as the carrier, this paper proposes the concept of knowledge adaptation index from the perspective of the objective law of survival of the fittest in the technological evolution process. The contribution of early patent to current patent is quantified to evaluate the knowledge adaptation capability. The paper collects 5073 patents related to data mining and granted from 1975 to 1999 from the database of the United States Patent and Trademark Office to analyze the annual distribution of the pa- tents. The paper obtains the patent citation relations from the query on the patent data set and constructs the patent citation net- work. By knowledge adaptation index experiment, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method for the evaluation of the knowledge adaptation capability are verified. The prospect for future research work is described.
