Review of Researches on Knowledge Absorptive Capacity in Foreign Countries:Theoretical Evolution and Analytical Framework

文章从概念界定、维度划分、分析模型、测量、前因变量与结果变量等研究主题进行脉络梳理,在此基础上提出一个新的分析框架,认为在未来的研究中需要明确吸收能力的构念边界、微观基础、交互作用以及最优评价等。

This paper reviews the researches on knowledge absorptive capacity from the following topics： concept definition, dimensional division, analytical model, measurement, antecedents and outcomes. On this basis, the paper puts forward a new an- alytical framework, and argues that the future research needs to make clear the construction boundary, the microscopic basis, the interaction effects and the optimal evaluation of absorptive capacity.
