发酵法生产鸡粪饲料的菌种选择研究 被引量:3

摘要 试验分别用乳酸菌发酵粉、酵母菌发酵粉、枯草芽孢杆菌发酵粉和混合菌种发酵发酵鸡粪,制作鸡粪饲料。结果表明,与直接发酵相比,有益微生物发酵不但可改善鸡粪的感观性能,增加其适口性;而且能抑制鸡粪大肠杆菌的生长,杀灭鸡粪中沙门氏菌;同时还能显著提高鸡粪饲料的真蛋白质含量,降低粗纤维含量。其中以混合菌种发酵粉发酵效果最好,发酵后大肠杆菌降低了4个数量级,沙门氏菌全被杀灭;真蛋白质含量高达15.12%,是发酵前的1.71倍,而粗纤维下降至6.21%,比发酵前下降了4.95个百分点。将混合菌种发酵的鸡粪添加到育肥猪饲料中,饲喂20 d,能显著提高猪的日增重,降低饲料费用投入,增加产出,与对照组相比,试验组利润增加24.6元/头。 In this experiment,lactic acid bacteria fermentation powder,yeast fermentation powder,Bacillus subtilis fermentation powder and mixed bacteria fermentation powder were used to ferment chicken manure.The results showed that:compared with the direct fermentation,microorganism fermentation not only could improve the sensory properties of chicken manure and increase their palatability;but also could inhibit the growth of E.coli and kill Salmonella in chicken manure.At the same time,it could significantly improve true protein content of chicken manure feed,and reduce the content of crude fiber.The effect of mixed bacteria fermentation powder was the best of all,after fermentation the E.coli re- duced by 4 orders of magnitude,Salmonella was all killed;true protein reached as high as 15.12%,which was 1.71 times before fermentation, and crude fiber decrease to 6.21%,which was dropped 4.95%.And adding mixed bacteria fermentation manure to fatten pig feed for 20 days could significantly improve the daily gain of pigs, reduce investment, increase yield. Compared with the control group ,the profit increased 24.6 yuan per head in experimental group.
