摘要
采用氧指数测定法与热重法研究了 Al2 O3 · 3H2 O对环氧树脂固化物的阻燃效果与机理 .结果表明 ,Al2 O3 · 3H2 O在热分解方面与树脂固化物有阻燃匹配性 ,并能以零级反应快速失去 2个结晶水分子 ,失水后形成的活性氧化铝促进了树脂固化物热解时转化成难燃物的能力 ,具有较高的阻燃效果 .
The influence of Al 2O 3·3H 2O on flame retardation of its mixture with cured epoxy resin was briefly investigated by thermogravimetry and oxygen index determination. The results showed that Al 2O 3·3H 2O losses 2 molecules of its crystal water quickly at 200~310 ℃, becoming an active alumina, which is capable of transfer the resin into a flame retarding compound at higher temperatures. The flame retardation of the mixture is likely due to the synergistic reactions of Al 2O 3·3H 2O with epoxy resin at high temperatures.
