摘要
小儿肺炎是小儿的常见病与多发病之一,发病时常伴有咳嗽、发热等症状,发病急、变化快,死亡率高,特别是并发心力衰竭时,病情发展更为迅速,严重影响着患儿的生命。本文通过对小儿肺炎并心力衰竭病症的叙述,结合临床治疗分析,阐述了在小儿肺炎并心力衰竭的诊治体会。
Childhood pneumonia is a common disease that occurs frequently in children. It has such symptoms as cough and fever and is characterized by sudden onset, rapid development, and high fatality, and the condition progresses more rapidly when associated with heart failure, seriously threatening the patient＇s life. This paper elaborates on the experience in diagnosing and treating childhood pneumonia with heart failure by review of childhood pneumonia with heart failure as well as analysis of clinical treatment.
