摘要
采用固相微萃取顶空取样和气相色谱 -质谱法对3种名牌卷烟烟丝的香气成分进行了对比分析。探讨了最佳的取样条件 (包括不同极性涂层的纤维头、样品量、平衡温度、平衡时间等 )。结果表明 ,5g烟丝在70℃下平衡14h以上 ,然后用固相微萃取纤维头顶空取样60min ,可获得较高的灵敏度。65μmCW -DVB纤维头对强极性的香气成分 (如低级脂肪酸类、芳香酸类、醇和二醇类、甘油及其衍生物类、芳香醇类、酚类、含氮和含氧杂环化合物类等 )具有较高的取样灵敏度。从总的取样效果考察 ,采用极性涂层的纤维头对卷烟烟丝香气成分的分析较为有利。
The aroma constituents from cut tobacco of cigarettes were analyzed by solid phase microextraction(SPME)GC-MS. The optimum sampling conditions were investigated, including the polarity of fiber coating, sample amount, equilibrium temperature and time etc. 5 g of cut tobacco was placed in a headspace flask for more than 14 h to have enough time to achieve a gas _ solid equilibrum, then sample was extracted with solid phase microextraction fiber assembles for 60 min. The 100 μm PDMS fiber showed higher sampling sensitivity to weak polar or hydrophobic compounds such as alkanes, terpenes, higher fatty acids and their esters, alkaloids, ketones, triacetin and menthol, while 65 μm CW-DVB fiber showed significantly higher sampling sensitivity to strong polar compounds such as lower fatty acids, aromatic acids, alcohols, diols, glycerin and its derivatives, aromatic alcohols, phenols and nitrogen_ or oxygen _ heterocyclic compounds. According to the total sampling effects, 65 μm CW-DVB fiber is more desirable for the analysis of aroma constituents from cut tobacco of cigarettes.
