Recovery from multiple rib fracture with thoracic collapse after internal fixation using embracing fixator

目的研究分析镍钛合金环抱器治疗多发性肋骨骨折胸廓塌陷的临床治疗方法和治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2010年1月-2012年1月期间,我院收治的64例多发性肋骨骨折胸廓塌陷患者的临床资料,对所有患者采用镍钛合金环抱器内固定治疗,严密观察患者的临床症状变化,评定其治疗效果。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术治疗,术中、术后无1例死亡患者。结论采用镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器内固定的方式治疗多发性肋骨骨折具有创伤小、手术时间短、操作简单、固定牢靠、组织之间相容性好的特点,是治疗多发性肋骨骨折的良好方法,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nickel-titanium alloy embracing fixator in the treatment of multiple rib fracture with thoracic collapse. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 64 patients with multiple rib fracture associated with thoracic collapse who were admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012. Internal fixation using a nickel-titanium alloy embracing fixator was adopted in all the patients. The changes in symptoms were observed, and the clinical efficacy of this treatment was assessed. Results All the patients completed the operation successfully, and none of them died during or after operation. Conclusion Internal fixation using a nickel-titanium shape memory alloy embracing fixator, with the advantages of minimal invasion, short operation period, easy operation, stable fixation, and good compatibility, is a good treatment for multiple rib fracture, and shows promise for clinical application.
