锁定钢板内固定治疗老年胫腓骨远端骨折的疗效分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的讨论研究锁定钢板内固定法在治疗胫腓骨远端骨折的疗效,为医学工作者在胫腓骨远端骨折治疗方面提供参照依据。方法对我院08年至11年收治的80名老年胫腓骨远端骨折患者的治疗情况经行回顾性分析,对照组40名患者给予其胫骨外固定支架固定治疗,研究组患者对其进行锁定钢板治疗,对两组患者治疗情况经行随访一年,收集数据统计分析。结果研究组和对照组相比,并发症发生例数显著减少,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组患者骨折痊愈时间比对照组患者骨折痊愈时间减少,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组患者的治愈率,无效率,显效率比对照组高,但是结果无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论锁定钢板由于拥有三维固定等优点,比其他材料在胫腓骨远端骨折治疗方面具有很大优势,可以取得令人满意的疗效,广大医学工作者在治疗过程中可以优先选择,广泛推广,从而提高胫腓骨远端骨折患者的生活质量,缩短愈合时间。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of internal fixation with a locking plate in the treatment of distal tibia and fibula fractures and to provide a basis for the treatment of this disease. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the treatment for 80 elderly patients with distal tibia and fibula fractures who were admitted to our hospital from 2008 to 2011. These patients were divided into control group (n = 40) treated with external fixators for the tibia and study group (n = 40) treated with locking plates; a follow-up was performed in both groups for one year; statistical analysis was carried out for the collected data. Results Compared with the control group, the study group had significantly fewer cases of complications (P〈0.01), significantly shorter recovery time (P〈 0.01), and slightly higher cure rate, ineffective rate, and marked response rate (P〉0.05). Conclusion Locking plate, characterized by three-dimensional fixation, is superior to other materials in the treatment of distal tibia and fibula fractures and can produce a satisfactory treatment outcome. It can be widely used to improve the quality of life and shorten the recovery time in the patients with distal tibia and fibula fractures.
