术前访视在择期剖宫产手术护理中的应用

The Application of Preoperative Visit in Elective Cesarean Section Operation

目的探讨术前访视在择期剖宫产手术护理中的应用效果。方法将150例择期剖宫产手术随机分为试验组和对照组,各75例。对照组由病区护士给予常规术前护理及指导;试验组在此基础上,由手术室护士于术前1d进行访视。观察2组的手术时间、出血量、舒适感、术后满意度。结果试验组产妇的手术时间缩短,术中出血、舒适等情况均优于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论手术室护士对择期剖宫产产妇进行术前访视,可有效减轻择期剖宫产手术引起的应激反应,维持产妇生理和心理状况的稳定,有利于手术的顺利进行。

Objective To explore the application effect of preoperative visit in elective cesarean section operation. Methods 150 cases of elective cesarean section operation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 75 cases in each group. The eontrol group received routine preoperative care.; Experimental group, on the basis nf control group, the nurses in operating room would have a visit before the operation. The operation time,postoperative satisfaction bleeding volume were observed in each group. Results The intraoperative bleeding and the level of comfort were superior to that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ,while have a shorter operative time than that of conlrol group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of preoperative visit in elective cesarean section operation can effectively reduce the operation - induced stress response, keep maternal physiological and mental state of stability, and the visit is beneficial to operation.
