摘要
本文提出的复合材料层合板的优化设计模型,不仅考虑了层合板面内宏观物理特性,而且考虑了裂纹尖端损伤等因素,用面内弹性模量和用裂纹尖端周围奇异元素内高斯点应力平均值表示的Tsai-Hill准则分别作为设计空间的约束函数和目标函数。用非线性程序SUMT法确定最佳铺设方向。给出了具体算例。
By considering not only macro-scale physical behaviour as in-plane problem but also damage factors of crack tip, an optimization procedure for design of composite laminate structure is presented.Th in-plane modulus of elasticity and Tsai-Hill criterion expressed by average stress of Gauss points in the triangular quart-point elements around crack tip are used as constraint function and the objective function respectively.And also, the plyorientation is optimized by non-linear programming (SUMT method) .An example is given to demonstrate the use of this metod.
