摘要
融资性担保行业是准金融行业,目前监管体制尚不完善。本文在分析融资性担保行业自律组织建设现状及问题的基础上,从八个方面比较完整地提出了全国性融资性担保行业自律组织的建设构想。
As a quasi financial industry, the financing guarantee sector is still not regulated perfectly in China. The pa- per analyzes the current situation of Chinese financing guarantee tionwide self-regulatory organization in the sector sector, then systematically puts forward how to build a nationwide self-regulatory organization in the sector.
