中国社会主义政治文明建设受诸多方面因素的影响,主要有三个方面:时代特征和国际环境——和平与发展的时代主题是有利的国际环境、全球一体化的国际环境是重要的战略发展机遇,世界多极化的发展趋势是可贵的外部发展空间,现代科学技术的发展繁荣是强大的追赶动力,东西方政治文明的角逐与共融是时代的重任;社会主义市场经济的勃兴——社会主义市场经济为社会主义政治文明建设设定了必要前提,中国经济的腾飞是中国社会主义政治文明建设的客观要求;复杂多样的社会结构——从传统到现代的社会转型期呼唤作为上层建筑的文明的构筑,社会结构的复杂化和利益主体的多元化急需文明的政治。

The socialist political civilization in China is influenced by many factors.This thesis probe into this issue in three aspects.The first aspect is character of age and international environment.The theme of the age-peace and development-is the favorite international environment.Globalization is the important opportunity and multi-polarization of the world is the valuable outer space.The development and prosperity of the modern scientific technology is the strong propelling force.The fighting and integration of the eastern and western political culture.Secondly,socialist market economy in China lay the necessary foundation for the socialist political civilization.The take-off of Chinese economy is the objective requirement for the socialist political civilization in China.Thirdly,complex social structure and the transition from tradition to modernity call for the corresponding supper structures.The complexity of the society and diversification of the beneficiaries requires the civilized politics.
