摘要
采用CATIA中数字样机DMU模块,对汽车前麦弗逊式悬架(含前副车架+前横向稳定杆)进行运动仿真分析。针对麦弗逊式悬架的组成部件及运动特点,首先建立了简化的悬架模型。在此基础上,通过对样机模型施加符合其运动方式的运动副和驱动命令,建立了简化的运动学仿真分析模型,进而创建车轮极限运动包络面,并进行动态间隙分析。
This paper mainly uses the CATIA digital prototype (DMU) module to simulate and ana- lyze the front Mcpherson suspension of the car ( including the front subframe and front anti-roll bar). First we should establish simplified suspension model according to the Mcpherson suspension components and movement characteristics. The second we can establish the simplified kinematic simulation based on the prototype model applying reasonable kinematic pair and a driving command. Through the motion simulation to create wheel limit envelopes, then analyze the dynamic gap.
