制脂釜运动合成减速机内搅啮合副的有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了制脂釜运动合成减速机的结构及传动原理,对其内搅啮合副的一对弧齿锥齿轮进行了设计。基于UG平台,应用球面渐开线、基圆锥螺旋线方程建立齿轮参数化模型。将几何模型导入ABAQUS软件,采用有限元分析方法对内搅啮合副进行强度校核,对轮齿的强度性能进行了研究与评估,验证了该设计的可行性和可靠性。 The structure and transmission principle of the grease kettle movement-combined reducer were introduced in this paper. A pair of spiral bevel gears was designed, which was used in the inner mixer. Based on the UG platform, spherical involute and base cone helix formation were applied to establish the parametric model of the spiral bevel gear. Then with the date interface of ABAQUS software, the model was imported into the software. The strength of the meshing pair was checked by finite element analysis. Finally the strength property of the gear teeth was studied and evaluated. The results verified the feasibility and the accuracy of this design.
