摘要 应用GT-Power软件,对簧片阀进气的某二冲程汽油机进行了一维性能仿真分析,提出优化发动机动力特性的技术措施。原型机的最大功率输出转速为6 300 r/min,实际需要的最高转速仅为5 500 r/min,造成了输出功率的浪费。通过改良簧片阀的材料特性,优化进、排气系统结构,调整扫气道、排气道口开启相位等诸多措施,对发动机整体输出特性进行优化。优化后发动机在5 500 r/min下的最高输出功率提升了14%,并且相对于样机额定输出功率提高了5%。 A one-dimensional performance simulation of two-stroke gasoline engine with reed intake valve will be made through an engine performance simulation software GT-Power. Then, the improved schemes will be proposed. The maximum power output point of the prototype is 6 300 r/min, and the actual condition of the highest speed is only 5 500 r/min, that causes the maximum output power waste. By improving the material properties of the reed valve, optimizing the structures of the inlet and exhaust systems and the adjustment of the intake and exhaust ports open timing and other measures, the engine intake and exhaust process of the engine was optimized as well as the output perform- anee. The optimized engine's highest power-output have risen by 14% at the point of 5 500 r/min, and it is higher 5% than the prototype' s rated power output.
