松动爆破技术在综掘机掘进硬岩巷道时的应用与研究

综掘机一般适用于岩性较软的泥岩、砂质泥岩巷道掘进,对于掘进中遇到的较坚硬岩石,综掘机施工速度大大降低,而且综掘机刀具磨损严重,使用寿命大幅降低,掘进成本剧增,必须采用辅助松动爆破,在硬岩中形成一定数量裂隙群,保证综掘机顺利工作。

Roadheader is always appropriate for driving in the roadways which are made up of soft mudstone or sandy mudstone. When met with hard rock in driving roadways, the speed of construction with the roadheader would reducing greatly, the cutter tools of the roadheader would be weared seriously, the service life of the cutter tools would reduce greatly, and the cost of driving would increase greatly. Therefore, we have to use loose blasting, and form a certain amount of fracture groups. These can ensure the smooth work of the roadheader.
