摘要
目的:研究注射用奥美拉唑钠分别与奥硝唑、维生素B6、盐酸左氧氟沙星、甲磺酸左氧氟沙星注射液混合后的稳定性。方法:观察上述混合溶液的外观,按《中华人民共和国药典》2010版二部pH值测定法测定溶液的pH值,用HPLC法测定上述混合液的含量。结果:奥美拉唑钠在酸性环境(pH<6.0)中不稳定,与pH值较低的上述4种注射液混合后,产生棕色至灰褐色沉淀,含量下降。结论:奥美拉唑钠输液时禁止与奥硝唑、维生素B6、盐酸左氧氟沙星、甲磺酸左氧氟沙星等pH值较低的注射液混合。联合应用时,应分开输液途径或两种输液间用0.9%氯化钠注射液冲管。
Objective: To observe the stability of the mixture of omeprazole sodium injection mixed with ornidazole, vita- min B6 ,levofloxacin hydrocbloride and levofloxacin mesylate injections. Methods: First, the outward appearance of the above mixture was closely observed. The pH value of the mixture was determined in accordance with the pH value detection method as specified in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (ChP, 2010 edition, second section). The contents con- tained in the mixture were measured with HPLC. Results: Omeprazole was instable in acid environment (pH value ~ 6.0). When it was mixed with the other 4 injections with lower pH values, there were brown to grey-brown precipitations in the mix- ture, with the content of omeprazole decreased to a more or less extent. Conclusion: In intravenous infusion, omeprazole sodi- um is not allowed to be mixed with ornidazole, vitamin B6, levofloxacin hydrochloride and levofloxacin mesylate injections, which have lower pH values. When applied as a combined medication, they should be infused separately. Otherwise, between infusions the tubes should be rinsed with 0.9% sodium chloride solution.
