对二次回路干扰造成继电保护装置事故的分析及应对措施 被引量:7

摘要 从一次设备和二次回路两方面论述了对二次回路产生的干扰,列举了二次回路干扰对继电保护装置造成事故的主要表现,结合现场实例分析了造成事故的原因,提出了防止二次干扰的应对措施.指出必须从防止静电耦合、电磁感应、电位差产生、二次回路接地和采用微机保护装置等方面,切实解决对二次回路的干扰问题,真正实现电网的安全运行. The sources of the secondary circuit interference are discussed on the aspects of the primary equipment and the secondary circuit. The main performances of secondary circuit interference resulting in protection devices accident are specialized. Combined with field examples, the causes of the accidents are analyzed. Response measures to prevent secondary interference are proposed. To realize the safe operation of the power grid, the following aspects need to be addressed in order to solve the problem of interference on the secondary circuit: to prevent electrostatic coupling, electromagnetic induction, generating potential difference, and secondary circuit grounding; to use microcomputer protection device, etc.
