摘要
研究了电力系统输电阻塞管理成本控制的建模与求解问题.将输电阻塞率引入阻塞费用优化模型的目标函数中,考虑当电力系统发生最大输电阻塞时的费用调整最小的优化问题.针对发电侧单独开放,以及负荷侧和发电侧同时开放两种情形,分别给出了约束相同目标不同的两个优化模型.采用免疫遗传算法讨论了模型求解问题,得到了全局最优解.对三种情况进行了仿真研究,仿真结果表明了所提方法的可行性和有效性.
The modeling and solution problems of the cost control of transmission congestion management in the electric power systems are studied. The transmission congestion rate is introduced into the objective function of the optimization model of congestion cost management, to deal with the optimization problem of minimizing the adjustment cost of the electric power systems with the maximum congestion. Two models with the same restrict conditions are built, respectively, to two cases that the generator side is open and the load side is open with opening generator side. The global optimal solution of the model is obtained by using of three examples show the feasibility and validity the immune genetic algorithm. Simulation results of the proposed method.
