本文以中国纺织业技术创新体系的主要构成要素为对象,进行了全面的研究分析,可以看到,中国纺织业技术创新体系总体框架已经形成,但运行质量不高,要素的作用力水平不高。

The result showed that China＇s textile industry technology innovation system framework has formed, but the operation is of low quality and the force level of the elements is not high.
