For quite a long time, the two cultures have provided vital spiritual support to the development of their respective regional socio-economy. Against the background of the vigorous development and enrichment of the culture of our nation, to dig out, and promote the positive spiritual cores of the Wu culture and the Han culture, and then integrate them to cultivate a new cultural vision of ＂the Charm of the Wu Culture and the Style of the Han Culture＂ with Jiangsu characteristics, not only embodies the essence of the spirit of ＂a harmonious culture＂ , but has a certain practical significance and realistic val- ue for the overall development and innovation of the regional culture of Jiangsu.
