摘要
随着高校扩招、高校体制改革以及教育科研管理漏洞而导致的涉校纠纷呈日益增长之势。由于涉校纠纷所具有的专业性、学术性及行政与民事相交错的特点,在利用非诉讼纠纷解决机制的过程中,就必须注意适当解纷主体的选择,而解纷主体的专业性、中立性和必要的权威性又是必须要考虑的因素。
With the reform of university system, and educational research and management loopholes are a result of disputes was growing trend, due to disputes with the college involved in professional, academic, and administrative and civil interlaced characteristics in? use of non - litigation dispute resolution mechanism in the process of resolving dispute, we must pay enough attention to appropriate subject selection, and professionalism, neutrality and au- thority must be taken into account firstly.
