摘要
针对新升本科院校应用型人才培养的特征,从专业设置上看,应更广泛地与实际工作、生活紧密结合,并具备灵活的应变能力;从课程与教学上看,应更加注重与生产实践的结合,教学模式和方法既有理论学习,又有实践教学,能够很好地将产学研结合起来。国内有代表性的新升本科院校人才培养模式和经验,找出存在的困惑和问题,提出运用三螺旋理论模型分析来解析新升本科院校应用型人才培养中的主要问题及人才培养策略。
In the light of the characteristics of cultivation of applied talents in newly upgraded universities, from the professional perspective, the four- year- colleges should connect real work and life closely with flexibility. From course and teaching point of view, they should pay more attention to productive practice. The teaching pattern and method should consist of both theoretical learning and practice teaching. Analyzing some typical talents cultivation mode and experience in the newly upgraded universities domestically, the author finds out the existing puzzles and problems, and then puts forward Three Screw Theory model as a research method and idea to tackle the problems in cultivation of applied talents in newly upgraded universities.
