在操作层面上,影响村民自治的深层症结主要是农民的组织化参与不足。而破解当前村民自治困境的切入点是要大力促进农民在农村民主政治建设和村民自治进程中的组织化参与,并进一步加大培育农村民间组织的力度。

This paper puts forward the deepest reason that affects villager autonomy is the farmers＇ less participation in the operation. The point to solve the problem is promoting the participation in construction and organization of farmers and the cultivation of non-governmental organization.
