Firstly, this paper analyzes the limitation of the model during investment payback period and puts forward a new calculation model. This new model overcomes the deficiency of the traditional model and simplifies the process. Meanwhile, the conclusion is more intuitive, and the advantage is more obvious during non-profit investment. Finally this paper tests and verifies the accuracy of the new calculation mode through practice.
