摘要
在企业管理中,坚持以人为本已成为激发员工工作热情,稳定员工队伍,促进企业发展,实现管理理念和管理方法创新的必要手段。要坚持以人为本,实现企业管理创新,就必须建立和完善科学的管理制度,做到严而有序、严而有据;就必须提高员工对从严管理的认识,做到严而有情,情理交融;还必须积极探索严格管理的艺术,做到严而得法,切实可行。
In the enterprise management, adhering to the" people-oriented" has been the necessary way to stimulate staffs' enthusiasm, stabilize staffs' groups and realize the innovation of management notion and methods. To adhere to "people-oriented" and realize the innovation of enterprise management, we should build and improve management sys- tem by the strict order and basis ;improve staffs' cognition from their emotions and explore management art by the spe- cific practice.
