The urgency, necessity and importance of establishing human concept in current university administration are illustrated, the effective measures of improving the humanistic management in university administration are pro- posed,it is also pointed out what measures a manager should take appropriately in administration and what issues and principles should be paid attention in order to establish a people-oriented administration environment and to gain more support from staff.
