长期以来,我国人事档案采取"重藏轻用"的管理模式,由此导致我国公民在人事档案领域上尚未实现知情权。随着民主进程不断推进,公民对人事档案知情权的要求日渐强烈。文章由概述人事档案知情权内涵依据入手研究实现人事档案知情权的对策,最后探讨对策实现的现实意义。

For a long time, the personnel archives is under the management mode of＂paying more attention to storing than using＂, so our citizens has not yet been achieved the right to learn the truth in personnel archives field. With the development of democratic advancement, citizens＇ fight to learn the truth of personnel archives requirements has been growing stronger. This article first summarizes the connotation of the fight to know personnel archives and discusses the way to realize the right to learn the truth of personnel archives, finally discusses the countermeasures to realize real significance.
