90后大学新生需要结构研究

Study on structure of needs for freshmen born after 1990s

通过采用大学生需要结构问卷对90后新生的18种需要进行调查,结果表明:90后新生的需要呈现出多维度、多水平、多样化的趋势;需要结构总体上是积极健康的。需要类型由强到弱的层次是:第一层次为尊重的需要;交往的需要和发展的需要并列第二;贡献的需要和生理的需要并列第四;最后为安全的需要。

18 basic needs of freshmen born after 1990s are investigated by way of the college students＇ structure of needs questionnaire. The result shows：the needs of freshmen born after 1990s are multidimensional, multi-level, diver- sified; generally speaking, the structure of needs was positive and healthy. From the angle of six categories of need, the needs ranging from the strongest to the weakest are the need of esteem, the need of companionship and the need of de- velooment, the need of dedication and the need of body the need of safety
