摘要
本文就综合高校二级学院的档案工作存在的问题进行深入的探讨,认为必须提高基层领导对档案工作管理重要性的认识,对高校二级学院的各类档案实行分类综合管理,建立专人负责制,以提高高校的办学和管理水平,从而实现其科学化发展。
This paper discussed deeply to the existed problems for the archives work in secondary college of comprehensive universities It＇s deemed that must improve the awareness of grassroots leaders on archives management of the importance of the secondary college for all kinds of archives a comprehensive classification management, the establishment of a special responsibility system, in order to improve the running and management level, so as to realize its scientific development.
