摘要
《学校教职工代表大会规定》以教育部2011年第32号令颁布,并于2012年1月1日起施行。高等学校必须从思想上提高对教职工代表大会建设的认识,不断完善高校"党委领导、行政支持、工会运作、教职工参与"的教职工代表大会工作机制,促进高校教职工代表大会建设,做到思想上重视、制度上保障、组织上落实、行动上科学规范。
School staff congress Regulations were issued by the Ministry of Education Decree 32 of 2011, and took effect from January 1, 2012. Colleges and universities must ideologically improve the understanding of the staff congress building, and constantly improve the faculty congress working mechanism of the college party leading, administrative supporting, trade unions operating and faculty participating to promote the building of the college faculty congress so that it is emphasized in ideology, protected in institution, implemented in organization and standardized scientifically in action.
