论高校学生管理权与学生自治权的边界

高校学生自治权是法治背景下大学生权利意识的觉醒,是大学生成长、成才,自由、全面发展的需要,也是高校教育管理的有益补充。高校应充分尊重和保障大学生的自治权,鼓励和支持大学生进行自我管理、自我教育、自我服务,并充分协调高校管理权与学生自治权这一对矛盾共同体的关系,明晰二者的边界;也应转变管理观念,给予大学生表达自身权利诉求的空间。同样,大学生也应自觉约束自身行为,在权利边界内通过自治权的行使,锻炼能力,提升自身综合素质。
