摘要
教学评价的价值在于对教学起到调节、激励、促进作用。当前盛行的用技能大赛获奖率考评教学质量、"技能证书过关率"考评教学质量、量表评价课堂教学质量的几种评价方式表明教学被评价绑架,"价"被"评"绑架,价值理性被技术理性绑架,导致教学评价失却教学价值。只有回归教育的原点,拨正评与价、教学评价与教学、技术理性与价值理性的关系,才能实现教学评价的教学价值。
The values of teaching evaluation lie in the regulation, motivation and promotion of teaching. The current evaluation system, which is constrained by competitions and certificates, does not present the true values of teaching. Only rational relationships between teaching and evaluation are re-established can the values of teaching evaluation be realized.
