摘要
俄语法律术语的形成具有多个源头,包括日常普通词汇、外来词、俄语古旧词、其他学科,以及术语的创新等;同时根据法律术语所表示的意义内容、法律所属部门的不同、法律术语的形态构成等又可将法律术语分成不同的类型。分类视角的不同决定了不同类别的法律术语具有不同特征。
There are many sources to construct Russian legal terminology. They are daily common words, foreign words, ancient Russian words, and words from other fields as well as terminology innovation. At the same time, legal terminology can be divided into different types according to the meaning and content of legal terminology, the difference of the legal branch, and component and form of legal terminology. Classification with different perspective decides the different categories of legal terminology with different characteristics.
