摘要
目的:通过简单、快捷的实验初步评价防感喷雾剂几种工艺样品的体外抗菌、镇痛、抗炎活性,为制备工艺筛选提供实验依据。方法:采用平皿钢圈法、小鼠醋酸扭体和二甲苯致耳廓肿胀实验,观察比较各样品的抗菌、镇痛和抗炎作用。结果:以金黄色葡萄球菌作为质控菌评价,其作用顺序为:青霉素钠>FG-4>FG-3>FG-1>FG-2;以同等生药剂量连续灌胃给药3 d,对小鼠醋酸致痛的抑制作用顺序为:ASP组>蓝芩口服液组>FG-1组≈FG-3组>FG-4组>FG-2组>双黄连口服液组;二甲苯致耳廓肿胀实验抑制作用顺序为:FG-3组>ASP组>FG-1组>FG-2组>FG-4组>双黄连口服液组>蓝芩口服液组。结论:新工艺FG-3样品不但保留原工艺FG-4样品的抗菌、镇痛、抗炎作用,且均有所增强,为防感喷雾剂的工艺筛选及改进提供了部分实验依据。
Objective: To evaluate different simples of Fangan spray in antibacterial action in vitro, analgesia and anti-inflammatory, and provide the evidence to the preparation process of screening. Methods: Antibacterial action, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of each sample were observed and compared by Petri dish and rims method, mouse writhing test and xylene induced ear edema test. Results: Using staphylococcus aureus as quality evaluation strain, the effect sequence was Sodium penicillin〉FG-4〉FG-3 〉FG-1 〉FG-2. After three-day' administration with the same doses, the effect of pain relief sequence was ASP〉Lanqin oral liquid〉FG-1 ~ FG-3〉FG-4〉 FG-2〉Shuanghuanglian oral liquid. The anti-inflammatory effect sequence was FG-3 〉ASP〉 FG-1 〉 FG-2 〉 FG-4 〉Shuanghuanglian oral liquid〉Lanqian oral liquid. Conclusions: Comparing with FG-4, the antibacterial action in vitro, analgesis and anti-inflammatory effects of FG-3 were strengthened. FG-3 provides some experimental basis for screening and improvement of Fangan spray preparations.
